Product Marketing and Content Strategy Lead
Job summary
We are hiring a Product Marketing & Content Strategy Lead to own product messaging, go-to-market narratives, & content strategy across our digital channels. This role will also lead the digital team, drive execution quality & performance, & oversee brand & sub-brand management across Babelos’ portfolio, including stewardship of the Moniger brand.

Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Babelos products and initiatives
- Lead go-to-market messaging and launch content for new features, products, and partnerships
- Build and manage the content strategy for digital channels (website, landing pages, email, social, blog, and product education content)
- Own the digital content calendar, channel priorities, and campaign messaging plans across the portfolio
- Manage brand architecture and sub-brand positioning across Babelos ventures/products
- Ensure Moniger brand consistency across messaging, campaigns, and core content assets
- Lead and manage the digital team (content, design, social, and/or channel execution resources as applicable)
- Set clear goals, priorities, workflows, and quality standards for the digital team
- Drive team performance through planning, reviews, coaching, accountability, and performance tracking
- Partner with Product, Growth, Design, and Leadership to align messaging and execution with business goals
- Track content, channel, and campaign performance; optimize strategy and team output based on insights
Requirements:
- Experience in product marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, or growth marketing, with team leadership experience
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives
- Proven experience building content strategies across multiple digital channels
- Experience managing creative/digital execution teams and improving performance
- Strong writing/editing skills across formats (web, email, campaigns, thought leadership, enablement)
- Ability to manage multiple brands/sub-brands while maintaining strategic coherence
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment with high ownership
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting multi-brand portfolios or startup studios
- Experience in fintech, AI-enabled products, or emerging markets
- Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM content and product adoption journeys
