Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Product Marketing Analyst to support product positioning, market research, customer insights, and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities:
Brand Equity and SEO Enhancement
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for securing high-impact brand features in reputable publications or platforms.
- Draft and pitch feature stories, press releases, and thought leadership articles to media outlets and industry blogs.
- Monitor competitor features to identify gaps and propose unique angles for brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, backlink acquisition, and on-page
- optimisation, achieving 100% improvement in brand SEO.
- Regularly audit existing content to ensure SEO alignment and suggest updates to improve rankings and engagement.
- Track and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Event Coordination and Execution
- Plan, organise, and execute high-impact events, either independently or in partnership, to generate warm leads for growth efforts
- Identify potential partnerships for co-branded events, webinars, or industry conferences to maximise reach and lead generation.
- Develop event marketing materials such as invitations, banners, presentations, and event agendas.
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, venue booking, or webinar setup.
- Manage post-event follow-ups, including thank-you emails, lead tracking, and data collection for growth teams.
- Analyse event outcomes and provide detailed reports on attendance, engagement, and leads generated.
Engagement Growth and Brand Advocacy:
- Implement and manage strategies to achieve new, unique engagements daily across digital and social assets.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and social media groups to promote brand advocacy and create meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals, infographics, and video snippets for increased engagement.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and suggest content adjustments to optimise for engagement.
- Participate in influencer outreach to amplify product visibility and engagement within target markets.
Campaign Support and Product Promotion:
- Assist in conceptualising and executing product launch campaigns for tools like Sync!, Score! Spark!, Spur! and Spot!.
- Create weekly product feature highlight posts, leveraging graphics, copywriting, and scheduling tools.
- Draft email marketing campaigns promoting new features and gather performance data for optimisation.
- Support the Product Hunt campaign execution, including creating visuals, drafting descriptions, and managing responses.
- Collaborate with the design team on static and motion graphics for promotional materials.
Content Development and Management:
- Develop compelling content for use cases and product descriptions tailored to different customer personas and industries.
- Write engaging newsletters, blog posts, and press releases to inform and excite audiences about product updates.
- Support the production of feature overview videos, assisting in storyboarding, scripting, and editing processes.
- Organise and maintain a repository of content assets, ensuring easy access and version control.
Customer Insights and User Research:
- Conduct user interviews and focus groups to gather insights about customer pain points and preferences.
- Design surveys, polls, and quizzes to measure customer satisfaction and engagement with products.
- Compile user feedback and create detailed reports to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate user insights into actionable marketing content.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, SEO metrics, social media engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Track key metrics like customer acquisition costs (CAC), click-through rates (CTR), and lead conversion rates.
- Analyse survey results and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain weekly dashboards summarising progress toward achieving OKRs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with growth and sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with revenue goals.
- Support partnerships and business development efforts with tailored marketing collateral and presentations.
- Work with product teams to stay updated on feature releases and align promotional activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all logistics for events and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (internship or academic projects are acceptable).
