Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product specifications
- Create structured product requirements (PRDs), user flows, and feature breakdowns
- Manage daily standups and sprint execution
- Coordinate between frontend, backend, DevOps, and design teams
- Track product development from concept to delivery
- Ensure features are delivered correctly and meet expected outcomes
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing logic in product requirements
- Maintain product roadmap, prioritisation, team, and meetings management
- Ensure alignment between product vision and technical implementation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of: Product lifecycle management, Agile or sprint-based development, Software development workflows
- Ability to convert ideas into: User stories, Feature requirements, Functional product flows
- Experience working directly with engineers and technical teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to think both strategically and practically
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Someone who can take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on SaaS or AI products
- Background in business analysis or system design
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar
- Ability to identify product gaps and suggest improvements
