🚨 WE’RE HIRING — PRODUCT MANAGER / PRODUCT DESIGNER
FleetHive is looking for a Product Manager / Product Designer to join our team.
📍 Remote — Nigeria-based
💼 Full-Time
📈 Up to 1% milestone-based equity
💰 No Fixed Salary Initially: FleetHive is currently in its early growth stage, so compensation will begin through milestone-based equity rather than a monthly salary. As the company reaches defined growth and operational milestones, the role will transition into a structured paid compensation package.
You’ll help take FleetHive products from idea → research → product strategy → UX/UI → development → launch → improvement.
What you’ll handle:
• Product roadmap & prioritisation
• PRDs, user stories & product requirements
• User research & validation
• UX/UI, user flows, wireframes & prototypes
• Product design systems
• Collaboration with Engineering & Operations
• Product testing, launch & iteration
• Product metrics, feedback & continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone with strong product thinking, design skills, Figma proficiency and excellent problem-solving ability who can take ownership in a fast-moving startup.
As FleetHive reaches defined growth and operational milestones, the role will transition into a structured paid compensation package.
