Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define product goals, priorities, and roadmap based on customer and business needs.
• Develop clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to plan, build, and deliver product features.
• Manage product development timelines and ensure features are delivered as planned.
• Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate product testing, resolve issues, and ensure features meet requirements before release.
• Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to management and relevant teams.

Requirements:

• HND in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in tech.
• Good understanding of software/product development.
• Experience working with developers and UI/UX designers.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product management tools such as Linear and Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver on time.
• Good understanding of user experience and customer needs.
• Ilorin-based candidates are preferred.
• Lagos-based candidates: Proximity to Ogudu/Ojota preferred.
