Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Own the product lifecycle for features, balancing user needs, compliance, and technical feasibility.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Create product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with engineering to develop and launch products.
Collaborate with risk/compliance teams to prioritize security features.

Requirements:

First degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in Scrum or Project Management are a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a track record of successfully launching and managing products within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies is highly desirable.
