What You'll Do

As our Product Development Lead, you will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and conceptualizing new products to launching and optimizing solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of innovative financial products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Develop business cases, product strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales.
Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and profitability.
Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to recommend enhancements.
Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development, product management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, customer experience, and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional certifications in Product Management or Project Management are an added advantage.
