Procurement Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, supporting operational efficiency and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and procurement budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Make sound procurement decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, pricing, and related data.
- Review and analyze vendors, supply options, and pricing structures.
- Plan and coordinate the procurement of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Prepare and manage bid proposals and contract documentation.
- Source prospective suppliers/OEM through online research and other channels.
- Maintain and regularly update the supplier database, including qualifications, delivery timelines, and development potential.
- Collaborate with team members and the Procurement Manager to execute procurement activities effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
