Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and consumables
- Prevent stock-out by proactive purchasing
- Liaise with Inventory Officer for reorder planning
- Maintain approved supplier list
- Compare prices and negotiate value (not just the cheapest).
- Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery
- Raise purchase orders and keep proper documentation
- Track deliveries and resolve supplier issues
- Maintain procurement records (Google Sheets)
- Support audits and management reviews
- Protect the company from wastage, fraud, and supplier dependency
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2 years' experience
