We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and services, optimizing costs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to support business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee purchase orders, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in production or project delivery.
- Manage inventory levels in coordination with warehouse teams to reduce excess stock and shortages.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
