Private Banking Executive

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide customized solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios and provide recommendations based on market trends and changes in clients' financial situations.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Network with potential clients and referral sources to build a pipeline of new prospects.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Financial Planning and Advisory:

• Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization strategies.
• Offer investment advice on various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and structured products.
• Monitor clients' portfolios and provide ongoing advice to optimize performance and achieve financial objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client relationships and transactions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with client portfolios and transactions.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists, credit officers, and legal advisors, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the private banking strategy.
• Share market insights and knowledge with colleagues to foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Minimum of HND academic qualification
