Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).

* Minimum of 5 years’ proven leadership experience in a public or private school, preferably in a Principal, Vice Principal, or other senior management role.

* Strong understanding of curriculum development, school administration, and educational best practices.

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

* A track record of driving academic excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
