We are looking for a strong Senior Backend Engineer to help strengthen and scale our core systems including wallet infrastructure, transaction processing, sportsbook integrations, and real time contest settlement. This role is execution focused and reliability driven.

Responsibilities:
- Build and improve wallet, settlement, and sportsbook integration systems
- Implement reliable and idempotent transaction flows
- Optimize system performance for high concurrency betting events
- Improve logging, monitoring, and production observability
- Resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and improve stability
- Participate in incident response during peak betting windows
- Write clean, testable, production-grade backend code
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong experience in Go, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience building high-transaction systems such as fintech, payments, or wallets
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and data consistency
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments
- Strong debugging and production issue resolution skills
- Betting or gaming platform experience is a plus
