Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach basic academic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety.
- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Observe and document each child’s progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school management.
- Support the overall objectives of the school.
Requirements:
- NCE/B.ED/B.SC, Montessori training, or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience teaching pre-school or early years learners is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
