Job Title: Client Relationship & Luxury Sales Executive (Fashion & Lifestyle)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Budget: 200K – 250K + Accommodation
Job mode: Full-Time (Onsite)-Monday-Saturday with a day off.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship & Luxury Sales Executive to join a Premium/Luxury fashion and lifestyle brand in Lekki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging clients, driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
Support merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
Promote brand values and maintain a premium customer experience at all times.
Requirements/Skills
Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, or any customer-facing role involving the sale of premium products or services.
Candidates with experience selling services, luxury products, high-value solutions, or managing key client accounts are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
