Regent Microfinance Bank serves a fast growing customer base including MSMEs, individuals, groups, and civil servants through loans and value added services. With ongoing expansion, the bank has opened branches across several locations in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with premium clients to achieve individual and team financial targets.
• Provide personalized banking solutions based on client profiles and financial needs.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure high service standards and prompt issue resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in investment banking or relationship banking, preferably handling premium or high net worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, ROI and financial advisory.
• Proven ability to meet sales and portfolio growth targets.

• Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and client service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
