Job summary
Our client is a Microfinance Bank; they are in search of Premium Banking Officers who have an established CABAL with HNIs. Bring those deposits to the Bank, earn high pay and high commission.

Responsibilities:
Deposit Mobilization:
- Actively source and mobilize large deposits from high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual deposit growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities for high-value account openings and fixed deposits.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain premium deposit customers.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium and affluent clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
- Provide personalized banking solutions tailored to clients’ financial needs.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with clients.
Business Development:
- Identify potential deposit sources such as businesses, executives, investors, and organizations.
- Develop strong networks within the business community and professional groups.
- Organize and attend client engagement events, investment seminars, and networking sessions.
Cross-Selling Financial Products:
- Promote and sell premium banking products, including: Fixed deposits, Wealth management solutions, Investment products, Insurance products, Foreign exchange services, Corporate banking services
Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and grow assigned client portfolio balances.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Track customer activity and proactively offer financial solutions.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve the bank’s premium banking services and products.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure strict compliance with:
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations
- internal banking policies
- Ensure all transactions and account openings meet regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Deposit mobilization volume
- Number of new premium clients acquired
- Portfolio growth rate
- Customer retention rate

- Revenue generated from premium clients
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or any related field
- Professional certifications (added advantage): Chartered Banker
- 3–6 years of banking experience, preferably in retail banking, relationship management, and wealth management. deposit mobilization
- Proven track record in deposit generation or sales targets.
