Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Team Management: Establish the sales team structure, recruit and train sales personnel, formulate assessment mechanisms and incentive plans, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategy Formulation: Combine market demand and company resources to develop annual/quarterly sales plans, pricing strategies, and channel expansion plans (such as engineering channels, government-enterprise cooperation, etc.).
  • Key Account Operation: Connect with core clients, including key engineering projects and government-enterprise units, lead business negotiations and contract signing, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate departments such as production, logistics, and installation, solve key problems in order fulfillment, and ensure the smooth delivery of large orders.
  • Market Research and Collaboration: Research industry trends and competitor dynamics to optimize product sales directions; synchronize customer needs and market information to promote product iteration or service upgrading.


Requirements:

  • Experience Background: More than 3 years of sales experience and 1-2 years of sales team management experience; those familiar with prefab houses or related steel structure products are preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Possess strategic planning, team leadership, and incentive capabilities; be proficient in key account development and negotiation, and able to independently coordinate complex orders.
  • Resources and Cognition: Have relevant industry resources in engineering construction, government-enterprise procurement, etc.; understand industry policies, bidding processes, and market price systems.
  • Professionalism: Strong pressure resistance, able to accept high-frequency business trips, and possesses integrity awareness, overall perspective, and efficient cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
  • Basic Skills: Proficient in using office software, and have the ability to conduct sales data statistics, report analysis, and budget management.
