Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support existing customers in the financial and enterprise sectors.
- Assist in presentations and provide technical explanations of solutions to corporate clients.
- Advise customers on technical requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy during solution design and proposals.
- Oversee implementation of cybersecurity and cloud solutions after purchase.
- Provide technical support post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity threats, tools, and cloud technology.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
- Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of any of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- ·Familiarity with leading cybersecurity vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Sophos, McAfee, Splunk, etc.
- Proven ability to support corporate customers, particularly in financial services.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to provide tangible references from previous employers/clients.
- Must have their own laptop and telephone.
