Our client, a Tier 2 accounting and advisory firm serving high-growth startups and SMEs, is seeking a Practice Manager to drive operational efficiency and structured delivery across client engagements. The role is hands-on, focused on coordinating daily workflows, supporting resource planning, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate client engagements from onboarding to delivery
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and documentation standards
- Manage workflows, SOPs, and engagement processes
- Support resource and capacity planning across teams
- Track engagement budgets, WIP, and billing with Finance
- Monitor delivery KPIs and support performance reporting
- 8–12 years’ experience in accounting, consulting, or professional services
- Strong engagement, coordination, and workflow management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of engagement economics
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- An accounting qualification is an advantage
