Powder Packaging Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor powder packaging machines during production.
• Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Ensure accurate filling and weighing of powdered products.
• Load packaging materials such as pouches, bags, labels, and films into the machine.
• Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities during production.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Check packaged products for correct weight, sealing, labeling, and overall quality.
• Conduct regular weight checks and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Report machine faults, breakdowns, and production issues to the Maintenance or Production Supervisor.
• Minimize product wastage and packaging-material losses.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time.
• Maintain proper records of production quantities, rejected products, materials used, and machine issues.
• Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the machine and production area.
• Ensure compliance with food/product safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements where applicable.
• Work closely with the Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Assist with machine changeovers when switching between products or packaging sizes.
• Ensure finished products are properly packed and transferred to the designated area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience 
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
