Position: Senior Slickline Operator

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Slickline Operator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in slickline operations, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead field crews effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Execute slickline operations safely and efficiently in accordance with company, industry, and client standards.

·        Prepare, maintain, and operate slickline equipment and tools.

·        Interpret well conditions and ensure proper tool selection for each operation.

·        Maintain accurate job records and reports.

·        Supervise and mentor junior operators and crew members.

·        Perform tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and job preparation.

·        Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ standards and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).

·        Proven experience in slickline operations within the Oil & Gas industry.

·        Strong knowledge of slickline tools, equipment, and well intervention techniques.

·       Relevant professional technical certifications in slickline or well intervention techniques are an added advantage.

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

·        Ability to work under high-pressure and in onshore/offshore field environments.
