Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach business owners who require POS terminals.
- Promote Moniepoint POS products and services to prospective merchants.
- Register and onboard new merchants onto the Moniepoint platform.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of POS terminals.
- Assist merchants with terminal setup and activation processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Monitor merchant activity and provide basic support when required.
- Meet assigned onboarding and sales targets.
- Submit regular reports on field activities and merchant acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, POS deployment, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of Lagos business environments and merchant locations.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Smartphone usage and basic digital literacy are required.
