Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Stock confirmation
- Accurate Diagnosis report
- Repair cost analysis
- Preventive and maintenance repair
- Quality check
- Dispatch of repaired terminals
- Compilation of repair reports
- Other tasks as assigned by the team lead and management.
Requirements:
- No experience needed
- Minimum of an HND
Key Performance Indicators:
- Success in this role will be measured through a balance of qualitative and quantitative performance measures that are aligned to the appropriate balanced scorecard. These will form part of your annual objectives:
- Accuracy of diagnosis
- Turnaround time
- Ability to carry out cost-effective repairs
