Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process POS transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Receive and handle cash responsibly.
- Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Attend to customers politely and professionally.
- Keep proper records of daily transactions.
- Reconcile cash balances and transaction records at the end of each workday.
- Monitor transaction charges and report discrepancies where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Report POS machine issues or transaction failures promptly.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an O-Level certificate.
- Must be female.
- Basic numeracy and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of POS operations is an advantage.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ikeja, Lagos State.
