Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in IKORODU ,Lagos State, Nigeria, as a POS Agent. The POS Agent will be responsible for managing Point-of-Sale transactions, assisting customers with smooth payment processing, and maintaining an excellent customer service experience. Core activities include handling transactions, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring proper maintenance of the POS device, and promoting company services and products to customers.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling financial transactions and understanding of POS systems
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain POS devices
• Ability to manage time effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle customer queries
• Previous experience in retail, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration in the workplace
• A diploma, degree, or relevant work experience in finance, customer service, or IT is an advantage
