We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can take full ownership of content production. This role is for someone who understands what works online, can think independently, and consistently delivers engaging, high-quality content. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly content aligned with brand goals
- Create high-quality carousels and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style)
- Attend content shoot sessions (once a week or bi-weekly)
- Batch-create content during shoot days for consistent posting
- Deliver a minimum of 7 posts per day (mix of videos and static posts)
- Collaborate with the Community Manager for content alignment and engagement strategy
- Stay updated on trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Run sponsored ads when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing or creating content for social media pages
- Strong skills in video editing and carousel design
- Ability to think creatively and execute without constant supervision
- Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with a team
- Must be proactive, organized, and accountable
