Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor existing portfolios to ensure consistent performance and repayment.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
- Track loan repayment patterns, portfolio quality, delinquency, and outstanding balances.
- Work with Loan Officers to address overdue accounts and improve repayment rates.
- Identify portfolio risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide periodic reports to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage continued business.
- Ensure portfolio activities align with the company's credit policies and operational guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a healthy customer and loan portfolio.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- Strong Communication Skills
