Key Responsibilities:
— Conducting Polygraph Examinations: Administering polygraph examinations as part of pre-employment screenings, security clearances, and internal investigations (approximately 3 examinations per day, around 2 hours each);
— Preparing Examination Protocols: Developing and implementing polygraph examination procedures in accordance with industry standards, internal policies, and legal requirements;
— Analyzing Results: Reviewing, interpreting, and assessing polygraph data to evaluate truthfulness or deception, while providing accurate and comprehensive analysis;
— Reporting Findings: Preparing detailed reports based on examination outcomes and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders and management;
— Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring polygraph equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly; promptly reporting technical issues or malfunctions;
— Ensuring Confidentiality: Handling examination results and related information with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with privacy regulations.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Certification as a Polygraph Examiner is required;
- Proven experience as a Polygraph Examiner or in a related role, with at least 500 completed polygraph examinations. Familiarity with polygraph equipment and testing methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proven ability to operate polygraph equipment and interpret results;
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards;
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion;
- Fluent English.
