Podcast Producer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and produce podcast episodes from concept to publication
• Research topics, develop content ideas, and create episode outlines and production schedules
• Coordinate and schedule podcast hosts, guests, and interview sessions
• Manage recording sessions and ensure high-quality audio production
• Edit and oversee post-production processes, including sound design, audio enhancement, and final mastering
• Write show notes, episode descriptions, scripts, and promotional content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to promote podcast episodes across digital platforms
• Manage podcast publishing and distribution on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other streaming services
• Monitor podcast analytics and audience engagement metrics to improve content performance
• Ensure all content aligns with editorial guidelines, brand standards, and production objectives
• Maintain podcast production equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary
• Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging podcast technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or a related field
• Proven experience in podcast production, radio production, audio content creation, or multimedia production
• Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, Reaper, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of podcast production workflows and audio storytelling techniques
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Strong writing, interviewing, and content development abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of podcast hosting, publishing, and distribution platforms
