Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems in line with project requirements.
- Design fire protection systems including hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, and standpipes.
- Apply NFPA, IPC, and other relevant codes and standards throughout the design process.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and design documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in plumbing and fire protection system design.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, IPC, and related codes.
- Proven experience in designing hydrant, sprinkler, pump, and standpipe systems.
- Competent in hydraulic calculations and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
