Sales Executive
Job summary
This is a founding sales role. The Pioneer Sales Executive (B2B Fintech) will own user acquisition and revenue growth across Abuja and Northern Nigeria, building your territory from the ground up. You will drive enterprise and merchant deals, manage the full sales cycle, and directly influence company growth. Vacancies are available in Abuja, Kaduna, and Kano.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a regional sales strategy for banks and merchants
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Develop long-term relationships with bank executives, managers, and business owners
- Provide market and competitor insights to leadership
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure client success
Requirements:
- 3–5 years B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, SaaS, or banking preferred)
- Proven record of closing high-value deals and hitting targets
- Experience selling to financial institutions and/or merchants is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Resident in Abuja with strong knowledge of the Northern Nigerian market
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
