Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting Pilates classes and Spinning classes.
- Supporting group exercise sessions.
- Guiding clients through physical therapy movements.
- Facilitating an engaging and interactive fitness environment.
Requirements:
- A background or strong interest in Pilates, spinning, fitness, dance, sport, physiotherapy, or a related field
- A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable
- A disciplined, self-motivated approach to learning and personal growth
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A genuine commitment to completing the full 3-year contract
