Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos using professional software while maintaining brand consistency.
- Retouch, enhance, and edit photographs for both print and digital use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.
- Manage and maintain professional photography and videography equipment confidently.
- Shoot professional, engaging, and visually compelling videos.
- Stay current with industry trends, editing techniques, and content creation best practices.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in Mass Communication, Media, Film Production, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Picture Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong photography, videography, lighting, and audio recording skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous photography and videography projects is required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Drone operation experience (an added advantage).
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
