Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-end studio, event, and documentary photography projects using professional lighting and camera systems.
- Retouch, color grade, and process image libraries to deliver polished, print-ready, and digital assets.
- Maintain gear management protocols, ensuring all cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment in the Gear Vault are catalogued and maintained.
- Mentor junior photography trainees and academy interns during live production sets and field assignments.
Requirements:
- Proven professional photography portfolio covering corporate events, studio portraits, or commercial campaigns.
- Mastery of lighting setups (strobe and continuous) and manual camera controls.
- High proficiency in digital editing software, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Capture One.
- Strong organisational skills to manage large asset libraries under tight delivery schedules.
