Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy and supermarket section
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times
- Oversee staff attendance, punctuality, and task execution
- Manage stock arrangement, product display, and inventory control
- Ensure proper handling and dispensing processes (under pharmacist guidelines)
- Monitor sales activities and support daily revenue tracking
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with operational standards
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff
- Report operational issues to management promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HND or BSc in any related field (Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Health
- Sciences, or Business-related courses preferred)
- Previous experience in pharmacy, supermarket, or retail supervision is an added advantage
- Must be teachable, disciplined, and attentive to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Basic understanding of inventory or sales operations is an advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000
