Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and enhance quality control protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Testing of petroleum products, including lubricants, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage laboratory supplies, ensuring timely orders and stock maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laboratory.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of 3 years of experience in a lubricant laboratory and blending plant.
- Minimum of B.Sc. degree
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of lubricant specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., API, SAE, ISO, ASTM) and quality analysis methods.
