Job summary
Loveworld Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personnel Resource Administrator to support the effective management of human resources operations within the Ministry of Commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating personnel processes, and supporting workforce planning.

Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and separation processes.
- Prepare employment documentation, including appointment letters, contract renewals, and personnel reports.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other workforce data.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper management of personnel information.
Human Resource Operations:
- Support recruitment and selection activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Assist in workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
- Coordinate employee orientation and integration programs.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and personnel-related concerns.
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation where required.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration:
- Generate periodic HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Maintain personnel databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports on staffing, attendance, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
- Support departmental audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
