We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the MD to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence as required.
- Monitor and track key tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
