Personal Operations Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal operations assistant to support daily operations of an interior design company. The role involves a mix of administrative, coordination and on site support for projects and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, emails, and record-keeping
- Assisting with the coordination of interior design projects, including site visits and vendor follow-ups
- Liaising with artisans, suppliers, vendors, and clients when required
- Supporting on-site activities such as supervising deliveries, inspections, and installations
- Running business-related errands and handling logistics as needed
- Organizing documents, invoices, quotations, and basic reporting
- Providing general support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- This role requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or operations assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism
- Willingness to work both in the office and on-site when required
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Docs/Sheets, or Microsoft Office)
Nice to Have (Not compulsory):
- Prior experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or a related field
- A creative eye or interest in design
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs without constant supervision
- Familiarity with vendors, artisans, or site coordination
