Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments (domestic and international).
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate daily schedules, to-do lists, and priority reminders.
- Manage personal correspondence and liaise with service providers, and suppliers
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of photoshoots
- Help manage the store’s fashion inventory (receiving new stock, tagging, organizing back stock).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in fashion, luxury, or creative industries).
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion trends, styling, designers, and seasonal calendars.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign is a plus).
- Comfortable with social media platforms and digital fashion tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information
- Social media savvy and trend-aware.
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
