Job summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Male Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
- Run official errands and provide general administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be reliable, discreet, and professional
- Must be a Male
