Role Background
Our client is a major player in its industry. It is a conglomerate with a pan-Nigeria operation. As a result of a recent Management re-organisation, an urgent vacancy has arisen for the role of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR.
This is a Management-level position.
Role Key Responsibilities
- Provision of executive administrative assistance to the CEO/Managing Director.
- Management of the CEO's schedule of business engagements, meetings, travels, etc.
- Management of the CEO's communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Pre-Analysis & Cross-checking of all in-bound Reports, as mandated.
- Protection of all Corporate confidentialities.
- Provision of strategic support as & when required.
- Representation of the CEO at meetings, events, etc
- Etc.
Role Qualifications
- A highly energetic, multi-skilled & mature individual.
- Minimum of 8 years' working experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA to a Chief Executive.
- Professional Certifications in Data Analysis & any other related skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possession of an MBA will be a major advantage.
- Some experience in Sales will also be helpful.
