Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, meetings, and key priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises discretion, manages multiple tasks efficiently, and ensures timely execution of business activities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth businesses operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, meetings and related logistics
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Attend meetings where required and take accurate minutes.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and operational documentation.
  • Support smooth flow of information to help decision-making.
  • Arrange business travel, including transportation, accommodation, and travel itineraries
  • Accompany the CEO on official assignments and business trips when required.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
  • Experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is a plus.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
