Job summary
Streamsoft Innovative Limited is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative, operational, and executive support, ensuring the smooth coordination of the Chairman's daily activities, communications, and strategic engagements.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Draft and manage confidential correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
- Coordinate requests and communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Chairman's office
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and visitors.
- Maintain professional relationships with executives, board members, business partners, and government officials.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Coordinate local and international travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Prepare expense reports and monitor office-related budgets.
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Produce presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
Special Projects:
- Provide research and administrative support on strategic initiatives.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up after meetings.
- Represent the Chairman's office at meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the Chairman in corporate and external engagements
- Proactive mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or board-level leadership
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sector is an added advantage.
