Job summary
This role majorly deals with tasks that relates to academics. The P.A on Academics is expected to oversee, in conjunction with the Academic Supervisors all academic activities of the learners & tutors alike, while prompt report is given to the management from time to time. It also entails other personal assistant roles such as keeping reminders.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attending to parents/visitors who want to see the director.
- Keeping reminders on the director’s schedule and reminding him promptly from time to time.
- Filing and keeping of important documents that are peculiar to the office of the director.
- Ensuring the supervision of thorough cleaning and arranging of the Director’s office by the helper assigned.
- Ensuring the director executes all his statutory and special assignment/ work schedule promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or other related fields.
- A minimum of 1 year of cognate experience as an administrator.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
