We are seeking to hire for the role of a Personal Assistant to join our team

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate events, meetings, and logistics
- Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks when required
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
