Job summary
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO by managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Facilitate communication, coordinate events, and follow up on tasks while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating the CEO’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and internal meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and personal information.
- Monitor and follow up on key tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Support the CEO in maintaining relationships with clients and key partners.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, and prepare or edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
- Applicant must reside in Ibadan
