Job summary
We are looking for a result oriented individual to assist the MD in carrying out administrative and secretarial duties.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding where appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documents.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
- Run official errands and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
