Job summary

We are looking for a result oriented individual to assist the MD in carrying out administrative and secretarial duties.

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding where appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documents.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Run official errands and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
