Travel & Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
- Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments
- Manage reservations and logistics
- Communication Management
- Act as a point of contact between the employer and clients/staff
- Screen calls and messages
- Follow up on important tasks and deadlines
Record Keeping:
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Organize office systems and documents
- Track expenses and basic bookkeeping tasks
Personal Support:
- Assist with personal errands when required
- Manage shopping, appointments, or household-related tasks
- Support work-life organization for the employer

Requirements:
